Green Protein Detox Smoothie
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 banana
- 2 cups mixed greens (I like kale, chard and spinach)

- 1 kiwi

- 2 celery stalks

Your healthy meal should consist of 70 percent veggies and a lean protein.
